Meet Financial Coach Sabrina

Hi! I'm Sabrina. If you're a midlife divorced, widowed, ADHD,

or stay-at-home mom (especially those in neurodivergent

families) who's feeling lost about your money, you're in the

right place. I help women like you move from money

confusion and overwhelm to money clarity and confidence,

without shame or judgment.

Why My Coaching Matters

Being part of a neurodivergent family (with members on the autism spectrum or with ADHD), I know that “one-size-fits-all” financial advice rarely works. That’s why I tailor money strategies that respect your brain wiring, nervous system, your life rhythms, season of life, and your unique goals.

Who I Serve

  • Midlife women navigating career shifts, empty nests, divorce, or widowhood.

  • Stay-at-home moms balancing the financial trade-offs of caregiving, budgeting without an income, and long-term financial security.

  • Neurodivergent households, where adaptable strategies help everyone thrive.

My Personal Journey

  • 💼 Former International Trade Negotiator (Government of Canada) with degrees in Political Economy & Political Science.

  • 📚 Self-funded education, renter, landlord, homeowner.

  • 🚗 Buyer & lessee of cars, and family investment manager.

  • 👩‍👧‍👧 Mom of two teens (including higher‑needs child), owner of two cats.

  • 🌎 Canadian immigrant who built credit from zero.

  • 🏡 Stay‑at‑home mom who learned firsthand how easy it is to lose track of finances, mortgage or investment ownership, and life insurance gaps.

Why I Understand Stay‑At‑Home Moms

  • Stay‑at‑home (SAHM) parenting means giving up an income, but it also saves on childcare, commuting, and hidden work expenses.

  • SAHMs can feel isolated, undervalued, or financially disconnected.

  • I guide you to reclaim financial agency, opening accounts in your name, maximizing spousal IRAs, and building credit.

How I Help

  • Budget & cash-flow planning that aligns with your caregiving calendar.

  • Credit rebuilding & investment planning tailored to your career gaps.

  • Insurance, life, & estate planning that ensures your household is protected.

  • Money mindset coaching rooted in psychology and personal development.

  • Family-inclusive strategies for neurodivergent households.

Ready for a Confident Financial Future?

If you're a midlife mom managing money alone and feeling overwhelmed, I can help you:

  • Stop avoiding your finances and face them without shame or judgment

  • Build systems that work WITH your brain, not against it (no traditional budgeting)

  • Move from overwhelmed and alone to capable and supported

  • Get the accountability and body doubling you need to tackle the scary parts together

I don't just teach you structure while you're wired for joy. This is mutual learning: you teach me how to enjoy life, and I teach you the financial systems you need. Together, we'll build a approach that honors both who you are AND the security you deserve.

What We’ll Explore Together

  • Your numbers – budgets, savings, debt, investments

  • Money mindset – how you think and feel about money

  • Financial history – past patterns, wins, and challenges

  • Core values – what really matters to you

  • Emotional triggers – the feelings behind your spending and saving

We’ll then build the systems and habits you need—automation, routines, accountability—to feel financially confident every day.

Why I’m the Right Financial Coach for You

My clients tell me I'm different because I don't make them feel 'dumb' or 'less than', even when they don't know something about their finances. I take my time. I create a space where you can ask any question without judgment. And together, we'll help you go from disconnected and frightened to connected and engaged with your money.

Are you seeking a financial coach who is:

  1. Neurodiversity-aware – I understand how ADHD, autism, and executive dysfunction can impact money habits, from impulsive spending to avoidance of financial tasks.

  2. Detail-oriented yet visionary – you’ll get both practical budgeting tools and the broader strategy that supports your life goals.

  3. Even-keeled and compassionate – I offer a shame-free, judgment-free space to explore your money story and create change.

Neurodivergent-Friendly Strategies We’ll Use

  • Automate finances (bills, savings, debt)—reduces missed payments and mental load.

  • Visual budgeting and reminders—make money management intuitive, not overwhelming.

  • Break tasks into small steps—supports executive function and prevents burnout.

If you're ready to develop systems that honor your neurodivergent strengths, your personal values, and your financial confidence—I'm here to help you thrive. Let's build your roadmap together.
