Meet Your Coach

Financial-Coach-Sabrina-rocking-chair-with-laptop.jpg

Hi, I'm Sabrina. If you've built a career you're proud of, but

managing your own money has always felt like the one thing

that hasn't clicked, you're in the right place. Knowing how to

earn money and knowing how to manage it are two entirely

different skill sets, and no one teaches the second. This gap is

where shame lives. I work alongside you through both the

numbers and the patterns beneath them, shame-free, judgment-free, and ADHD-informed.

Why Insight Financial Coaching Exists

In 2023, after more than a year of immersing myself in financial

podcasts and watching a Netflix special on money, I realized:

this is my work. Coaching accomplished women through their

relationship with money so they feel just as proud managing it

as they do earning it. My coaching would be shame- and

judgment-free, personalized, and collaborative. I would be there

not only to give them a plan but also to help them implement it.

I understand this territory deeply. Learning to manage money
without a clear plan, after years of seeing financial power remain with someone else, has shaped how I coach today. I know what it feels like to feel competent in one area of your life but not in managing your money.

Raising two neurodivergent daughters (ADHD, Autism) and co-parenting with a partner who is also neurodivergent gave me something no certification could: an in-depth, day-to-day understanding of how differently some brains relate to money, structure, and avoidance. That understanding is the foundation of every session.

Having transitioned from a financial partnership to managing my own money independently, I coach based on lived experience rather than theory.

“Financial avoidance is a coping mechanism, not a character flaw."

Financial Coach
vs.
Financial Educator

What Makes This Different?

Financial Coach vs. Financial Educator: Most people have used a financial resource before. A coach does something a resource can't.

A Financial Educator

Shares knowledge and sends you home to use it.

She teaches you what to do.

What happens next is up to you.

Most programs are built this way: information in, results optional.

A Financial Coach

Stays with you until things are done, not just until you understand them.

Understanding is not the same as action. Sabrina drives both. She stays with you through resistance, self-doubt, and the moments when avoidance feels easier than opening the account.

How We Work

Presence Not Prescription

Most financial programs fail not because of bad information, but because they are built for people whose brains and lives already work that way. We build differently.

01

We start where you are.
No prerequisites. No catching up. We begin with what is in front of you, including what you have been afraid to open, log in to, or add up.

02

We sit beside you.

Body-doubling is not a workaround. It is the method. We open statements together, virtually and in real time, so nothing gets skipped because starting alone feels too scary.

03

We coach the whole picture.
Emotional regulation, avoidance patterns, and self-doubt are not distractions from financial work. They are the financial work itself. We address them directly.

04

ADHD-informed systems only.
Not traditional budgeting, which actively creates more anxiety for ADHD brains. Visual systems, automation, and routines that work with how you think.

Real Results

What working together looks like.

Real clients, real timelines. No promises of debt-free in 30 days. Just what actually happens.

From Avoidance to Ownership

She had stopped paying her credit cards and would not answer calls from the banks.

After working together, she called the banks herself, set up payment plans, compiled a complete picture of her Buy Now Pay Later obligations, and stopped taking on new ones.

From hiding to full ownership in weeks.

Measurable Debt Outcomes

Clients have reduced what they owe by over five thousand dollars and lowered the interest rate on that debt by more than 20 percentage points by identifying high-interest obligations first and building a strategic payoff sequence.

DISCLAIMER: Results vary based on individual financial circumstances and starting debt load. Not all clients carry this level of debt.

Organization replaces overwhelm

One client arrived unable to look at her accounts. Within two months, every debt was visible, named, and part of a clear payment strategy.

She reduced her total bank debt by 60% in two months.

DISCLAIMER: Individual results vary.

When Sabrina asked me what feels different now compared to when we started, I realized: I have gone from disconnected and frightened to connected and engaged.

What We Stand For

Our Values

These are not aspirational statements crafted for a website.

They are the principles that guide every word we choose

and every method we use.

Financial-Coach-Sabrina-typing-on-laptop.jpg

01. Partnership over prescription.

We sit beside you, virtually and in real time, while you open the statements, sort the accounts, and face what you have been avoiding. Coaching is presence, not advice delivered from a distance.

03. You arrive here as a whole person.

Whether you are managing finances alone for the first time, handling everything while your partner stays on the sidelines, or carrying a long, complicated history with money, you are not a crisis to be managed. You are a resilient woman who has earned the right to finally exhale.

05. Neurodiversity is a design constraint, not an afterthought.

Traditional budgeting does more than fail ADHD brains. It actively creates more anxiety. Our approach is built from the ground up around how your brain actually works.

07. Agency is the goal. Everything else serves it.

Not a better budget. Not a debt payoff plan. Full ownership of a woman's financial life and the decisions that shape it. Wealth is an outcome of agency, not the other way around.

02. Shame has no place here.

Avoidance is a protective response, not a character flaw. The way you have related to money makes sense given everything you have been carrying.

04. Honest over aspirational.

We do not promise you'll be debt-free in 30 days. We share real results and timelines, and we stay clearly in our lane as coaches, not financial planners. Although we can coach you, you are ultimately responsible for your results.

06. Mutual learning, not superiority.

Our clients teach us to enjoy life. We teach them to build structure. We genuinely admire the joy and optimism our clients bring. We are not here to flatten those qualities.

What Clients Are Saying

Real Words From Real Clients

No coaching-speak. Just what actually shifted.

- Krista E.

Sabrina is a lifesaver. She has rescued a family member from very serious difficulties. It is the fact that her knowledge and abilities are combined with such true caring that sets her apart.”

- Mark W., December 2025

- Cristy B.

“Sabrina didn't just analyze the numbers. She helped me understand why I connect with money the way I do. It wasn't therapy, but it was the missing piece I never received from financial advice before.”

- T., Business Owner and Therapist

“She helped me find hope in a straightforward, non-judgmental, compassionate way.”

- Johanna Z.
